Carrot Cake

My family always bought birthday cakes from a little German bakery in Conyers when I was little. The cakes were delicious, but I especially remember their carrot cake. Whenever my mom would take me with her to pick up a birthday cake, she would buy a slice of carrot cake for me and I would always look forward to it. Carrot cake is still one of my very favorites, and it was time I learned how to make it myself!

Joe's Birthday Cake

Joe's a big Recee's Pieces fan, so I had to include them in his birthday cake. Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, garnished with peanut butter candies. :)

Compliment Cupcakes :)

My kindergartners earned these pumpkin cupcakes after receiving their 20th compliment. Garnished with candy corn and pumpkins, they were a yummy Halloween treat. :)
